The yellow boxes in the process highlight the steps which the HRG is involved in: Initiate a Visa process for hiring a new Employee Initiate a Visa process for extending a current Employee’s visa Initiate a PERM process for a current Employee

3HONEYWELL - CONFIDENTIAL File Number  Staffing will submit an assessment to Fragomen  Fragomen will send recommendation & cost/time assessment to HRS  HRS will initiate a workflow in the portal  Manager will receive and asking for approval or rejection  If manager rejects, they will need to notify staffing of the rejected candidate  If manager approves, you will receive an asking for your approval or rejection  You will need to advise staffing of the selected candidate to be hired  HRS will receive a notification from the portal to initiate the visa process  HRS will send manager a visa initiation form to complete  Manager will need to complete the initiation form and it to HRS  HRS will submit the initiation form through Fragomen’s IHP site Initiate a Visa process for hiring a new Employee HRG Role Start HRS initiates approval workflow including time and cost estimates Manager approves HRG approves HRS initiates case with Fragomen End HRG notifies staffing of the candidate to be hired Staffing requests Cost and Time estimate Manager provides completed initiation form to HRS

4HONEYWELL - CONFIDENTIAL File Number  HRS will initiate a workflow in the portal  Manger will receive an asking for their approval or rejection  If manager rejects, they will need to notify you & the employee  If manager approves, you will receive an asking for your approval or rejection  If you reject, you will need to notify the manager & the employee  If you approve, a notification will be sent to HRS to initiate the case with Fragomen  HRS will send the manager a visa initiation form to complete  Manager will need to complete the initiation form and it back to HRS  HRS will submit the initiation form through Fragomen’s IHP site  Fragomen will receive initiation form and send employee to complete documentation  Employee completes documentation and submits through IHP site  Fragomen prepares case & sends document to employee & HRS to review & sign  Employee & HRS review and send signed documents to Fragomen  Fragomen files the case  Once case is approved Fragomen notifies you, employee, Manager, & HRS Start HRS initiates approval workflow Manager approves HRG approves HRS and Fragomen initiate visa case End Manager provides completed initiation form to HRS EE submits documentati on through IHP site Fragomen prepares case EE & HRS sign-off the case Fragomen files the case Fragomen notifies approval to Mngr, EE, HR and HRS Initiate a Visa process for extending a current Employee’s visa HRG Role

6HONEYWELL - CONFIDENTIAL File Number Initiate a PERM process for a current Employee HRG Role – Page 2 of 2  Employee completes documentation and submits through IHP site  Fragomen will schedule a teleconference with you, manager, employee, & HRS to discuss case  Fragomen creates job description and sends to you, manager, & employee to review and/or make changes  You, manager & employee make any needed changes to job description and send back to Fragomen  Fragomen files prevailing wage with Department of Labor  HRS discussed prevailing wage determination with you & manager  If prevailing wage is met, Fragomen creates recruitment documents & sends to HRS  HRS follows perm guidelines and posts recruitment documents  HRS sends all candidate resumes to manager, to complete an applicant evaluation form  Manager will need to review all resumes and conduct phone screens with all minimally qualified candidates  Manager will need to complete an applicant evaluation form for all candidates and send completed forms to HRS  HRS will compile all applicant evaluation forms & resumes and send to Fragomen  If a qualified candidate is found, the perm process ends  If no qualified candidate is found, Fragomen will prepare the case & send documents to employee & HRS to review & sign  Employee & HRS review and send signed documents to Fragomen  Fragomen files the case  Once case is approved Fragomen notifies you, employee, manager, & HRS
