RTP – What is IT? RTP (Rapid Torque Pneumatic) is a pneumatic nutrunner which fastens and loosens bolts within a torque range of 500 – 8 100 Nm (all models are not launched) Torque is set by a pressure regulator and the reaction force is handled by a reaction arm. A torque chart is supplied with the tool in order to adjust specific torque values All RTP tool kit´s includes an FRL (Filter, Regulator, Lubricator) a 13 mm hose with applicable nipple and an standard reaction bar The tool is designed for flange-related and other bolting applications in the Oil & Gas, Power Generation and Wind Energy segments. It will also be used in reman (remanufacturing), repair, maintenance and service applications in the Mining and Off-road segments Approximately 10 000 tightening's, maintenance interval 4 – 5 000 tightening's
Pneumatic Tools Background Huge potential in the Oil & Gas market 70 – 80% of the bolting market is related to the oil and gas industry Oil and Gas are the biggest source of energy and will increase in the future High demand of safety and reliability hence pneumatic tool, low pressure BOP:s and Christmas trees are crucial in oil and gas exploration and production Hydraulic Wrenches Hydraulic Tensioners Pneumatic RTP Other Pneumatic Material Removal 4 200 1 400 500 900

Main Features RTP 4100HR25 Slim gear pack Swiveling gear rim To be competitive, our gear pack diameter is among the smallest on the market Swiveling gear rim Gear unit and reaction bar can freely rotate from the motor housing unit saving total tightening time Efficient and proven motor and handle design The LMS 8 (impact wrench) series motor and handle is the drive concept. The LMS 8 motor is a well performing air motor, with high speed and low weight Exchangeable drive Exchangeable drive to service the anvil FRL Stand Regulator, filter and lubricator in industrial durable design New reaction bar Thin and lightweight reaction bar made in strong Weldox material
Features, benefits and customer values Slim gearpack Weldox reaction bar LMS(well proven design) handle Exchangeable drive 1” FRL stand Benefit Small CS distance Higher strength Robust One component exchange Decreases wear Customer value Accessibility Low weight and less operator strain Increased lifetime Lower repair cost Uptime
Installation Plug & Play Slide the reaction bar over the splines and secure with a circlip Attach the socket and secure with the locking pin and O-ring. Never use oversized sockets/extensions (see recommended socket dimensions) Install the nipple delivered with the tool Keep the air pressure closed when mounting the hose on the FRL unit Mount the hose that comes with the kit on the FRL unit and the tool
Installation Plug & Play Open the air pressure valve Set the air pressure by lifting the knob and turning it. Secure the knob by pushing it down until there is a click sound Check the trigger function by pushing it in Set torque on the pressure regulator by lifting the knob and turning it while the tool is running freely When required torque is set secure the knob by pushing it down
