Practicing with my academy in summer Premier Soccer Academy

Sand training My soccer academy in the summer would start doing sand training at Lions Park where we would go to a volleyball court with sand at 9:00 am. Once we all got there we would go for a 20 minute run around the whole park to when we got back our training would be ready. We would usually take off our socks but we had the choice to keep them on as well. We would go through a ladder that was very difficult because of the texture of the sand from in being hard in some places and it being really soft in others. We did about 15 times through the ladder with 9 different exercises to use. After we would finish all of are exercise's we would have the poles connected as in the top right photo. We would make a jump over top of it and sprint to the end of the court which was about 20 feet. We would go for about 20 minutes and then when we finished we would finish of with a mini game in the sand with a size 3 ball which is smaller then my head. We would finally finish with a cool down where we ran for about 5 minutes and stretched and we went home about 11:00. am

Regular training For My PSA we would show up preety late like 4 and we would shake the coaches hand shawn or rob our coaches. We would usually be asked how our games went on the weekend with our regular teams and tell him the deeds about what happened. After we did that we would juggle (keep the ball off ground)for 30 minutes about and get into our training which would usuall start off with running one net to the other twice. After we finished our warmpu run we would get into leg swings where we hold balance against a fence and swing our leg up to stretch. We would do 4 sets and then get into some 1 on 1 drills where we would have a net behind a defender and the attackers goal was to get behind the defender and then Score. After we finished that we would work on a positioning focus drill to where we should be in game for soccer. To finish off we would do a 4v4 or 5v5 scimage game and finish off with a stretch and cleanup.
