Valerie Robinson RIDDOR 20/9/062 The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (RIDDOR) 1997 (NI) Reporting procedures cover:  fatalities and major injuries  incapacity to work for more than three days  specified diseases  dangerous occurrences
