TOIL Generally only weekdays can be claimed for unless Time Of In Lieu (TOIL) is an organisational policy If so, copy of policy must be submitted TOIL must be shown on timesheets (i.e. verification as to when TOIL was taken)

Daily Rates Daily rates must not exceed EU maximums

Employee Status Salary costs can only be paid for employees, not self employed sub- contractors Employees must not be financed by other sources of EU/Government funding

T&S – Accommodation Costs Partners not staying in hotels (e.g. staying with friends/family) only eligible to claim a lower per deim

Exchange Rates (UK and Romanian Partners) Set on the day of the payment coming into NMEA’s bank account, used going forward until next payment when new rate will be applied
