Melbourne, Singapore, Tokyo 3/16/2009 at the Selection Committee of ITS Japan. Committee member from 6 counties/region. Tokyo was selected. 4/17/2009 at the BOD of ITS Japan. Tokyo was approved. 5/7/2009 at the BOD of ITS World Congress, ITS Japan will propose Tokyo as the venue of 2013 ITS World Congress.
