1 Selection Process of the venue of 2013 World Congress Call for the venue at ITS AP BOD Nomination at ITS AP BOD Evaluation & Selection at Selection Committee Approval at ITS Japan BOD Proposal at ITS World Congress BOD 7/13/2008 at ITS AP BOD Five cities applied 11/16/2008 at ITS AP BOD Three cities were nominated. Melbourne, Singapore, Tokyo 3/16/2009 at the Selection Committee of ITS Japan. Committee member from 6 counties/region. Tokyo was selected. 4/17/2009 at the BOD of ITS Japan. Tokyo was approved. 5/7/2009 at the BOD of ITS World Congress, ITS Japan will propose Tokyo as the venue of 2013 ITS World Congress.
