Seven Dimensions Wellness 2. Intellectual dimension Refers to the use of mind Involves a continuous acquisition of knowledge throughout life (Robbins, 2011) (Robbins, 2011)

Seven Dimensions Wellness 4. Spiritual Dimension Involves the personal search for meaning and direction in life Is mostly shown when people identifying a creator, a god, or a specific religion (Robbins, 2011) (Daley-Bailey, 2013)
Seven Dimensions Wellness 5. Social dimension Refers to how everyone must interact with people Involves the ability to get along with others, appreciate the uniqueness of other and fell connect to others (Robbins, 2011) (Caddell, 2010)
Seven Dimensions Wellness 6. Environment dimension Refers to the preservation of natural resources as well as the protection of plant and wildlife Is also related to our biological needs which include safe air, water, and food (Robbins, 2011). (Savell, 2013)
Seven Dimensions Wellness 7. Occupational dimension: Involves deriving personal satisfaction from your vacation. Refers to how much and in what you spend your time (Sahadi, 2015)
Strategies to reduce diseases 1. Regular physical Activities: Controls weight, Reduces risks for cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and some cancers Strengthens the bones and muscles ("the power of prevention," 2009) Image source
