Cupcake A cupcake is a cake baked in a cup. ;-) Sometimes, it is called a muffin or madeleine, according to the ingredients. Noodle Cupcakes Noodles are used for the base instead of flour. Baked with vegetables, eggs, milk, and cheese, These cupcakes are nutritious and delicious!

■ Ingredients bell peppers white button mushrooms sausage eggs spinach mozzarella cheese cherry tomatoes pineapple 1 instant rice noodles (Anseongtangmyeon) onion milkolive oilseasonings

1. Seed the bell pepper. Dice it into 0.5x0.5cm cubes. 2. Cut the white button mushrooms in half and slice them 0.5cm thin. 3. Dice the onion into 0.3 x 0.3cm cubes. 4. Chop the spinach 4cm long. 5. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and the pineapple into little bites. 6. Chop the sausage 0.5cm thin. 7. Beat the eggs and sift them. Add milk, salt, sugar, basil, and oregano. 8. Drizzle some olive oil on a heated pan. Stir-fry the bell pepper, onion, spinach, and sausage. 9. Boil the noodles for 3 min., rinse them with cold water, and drain them. 10. Oil the foil cups. Then layer the 9, 3 spoons of 7, 8, 2&5, 3-4 spoons of 7, and mozzarella cheese. 11. Preheat the oven to 170 ℃. Bake the cupcakes for 15 min.

Chop the ingredients. Beat and mix the eggs with milk, seasonings, salt, and sugar. Stir-fry veggies and sausage. Boil, rinse with cold water, and drain noodles. Oil the foil cups. Place the ingredients. Top with cheese and bake them. Enjoy!
