PCD MILLING CUTTER

PCD milling cutters are also termed as PCD End Mills. These are used for:- generating holes with higher material removal rate as compared to pcd reamers facing as well as milling operations on non-ferrous components Features/Characteristics:- Longer tool life Excellent tool life secures smooth and superior surface on the work piece The most economic and practical device for ceramic milling inserts Applications of PCD Milling Cutter:PCD Milling Cutter for machining various panels for cell phones, MP3 and MP4 for machining decorating parts such as photo frames and CD disc holders etc.

Diamond Tools for Contact Lenses Diamond tools are used by contact lens manufacturers for manufacturing Contact lens. Special purpose tools are also developed as per customer drawing & specification. Different materials demand different tool geometries to maximize cutting efficiency. Based on a standard arc of 120 degrees (other angles are available. All tools are wear-resistant and designed to maintain their precision for a maximum length of time. Cobalt is used as one of the major components for the matrix by nearly every diamond tool producer in the world. But it is quite expensive, and today almost all diamond tools manufacturers use Carbonyl Iron Powder in their alloys to replace cobalt as much as possible. Though cobalt has sufficient mechanical properties for this application, it does not bind to diamonds very well. In contrast, Carbonyl Iron chemically bonds to the diamond surface by the formation of iron carbide. Therefore a combination of both the metals is often used. Quality control is set to keep the edge chip free at 500x magnification while maintaining a smooth and facet-free radius. Standard tools are frequently used with two-axis lathes for roughing-out purposes. The wide nomenclature of diamond tools fits almost any demand of our buyer and it is possible to buy the diamond tool to his needs. Having spoken about the nomenclature of our tool it is necessary to mention that it makes more than 3000 standard sizes and in the process of manufacture simultaneously we have orders for 450 types of production: diamond pencils, detachable diamond and wheels, disks, needles, sticks, cutting tools, combs, diamond boring bits, diamond powder, polishing ribbons and other instruments from super firm materials.
