Existing Customers LCRWS – approx. 70 Customers – 55 compensated per 2008 Agreement Served from Harrisburg – Deduct water sales

Rural Harrisburg Customers 15 – 20 Harrisburg Customers in LCRWS Territory Possible trade for accelerated loss of LCRWS customers.
