Activities Meetings with CIA for the organisation of the training courses Organisation of the training courses Carrying out of the ICT training course Carrying out of the Customer Care training course Carrying out of the Business Management training course Contribution to the development of the evaluation questionnaires Organisation of the second Focus Group Dissemination

Meetings with CIA Pixel and Cia had several contacts and meetings with CIA in order to organize the 3 training modules: ICT, Customer Care, Business Management

Organisation of the training courses Pixel organised the calendar of the three training courses and a promotion plan in order to involve the participants from the rural professionals.

ICT training course November – January hours classroom based and 20 hours on line 10 participants 9 participants completed the training course

Costumer Care January – March hours classroom based and 24 hours on line 14 participants 12 participants completed the training course

Business Management February 2008 – April hours classroom based and 14 hours on line 20 participants 14 participants completed the training course
