Originals sent to JTS 15 March 3 rd Progress report under construction, submission 27 March 4 th Interim Financial Report Jan-April 2014 until May 2014 Completed Estimation of expenditure from partners to prepare budget change – Project Budget Matrix has been updated Letter to confirm changes must be signed by all partners – basis for remaining lifetime of project After all signed confirmations have been received – approval of new budget plan and overspending of some project partners

Conditional proposal subject to the compliance of the flexibility rules Allocation between WP‘s and Budget Lines should not exceed 10% of the whole amount of each WP and BL and EUR New budget plan respects flexibility rules. Written confirmation from all partners necessary Afterwards final approval from LP for validation of new budget
