Step 2:Drag and Drop Decrease the size of your Google Drive screen and h: drive screen so they both take up half a screen This can also be done using a dual monitor set-up. Click/hold and move the files into your selected Google Drive folders
Step 3: Share Select Folders Parents/Students: I share 1 st, 2 nd, and 3 rd Trimester folders ONLY! Be sure to select “Can View only” so they cannot edit your slideshows. Colleagues: I share everything Share as “View Only” as well.
