What is Moodle? Moodle is a learning platform designed to provide educators, administrators and learners with a single robust, secure and integrated system to create personalised learning environments. (Source: accessed: 9-Sep-15)
Find Moodle, login and open a module site Open a browser (ideally the latest version of Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome (or if you must), Internet Explorer 10 or above). More details…More details Go to In the top right-hand corner of the screen click on (Log in) As prompted use your Roehampton network account username and password to login On logging in successfully your Name will replace the (Log in) link. Click on the My modules link now at the top of the screen, to access the module sites you’re enrolled on in Moodle. Before lectures begin you may only see: Can't See Your Modules? READ ME! Click on this module site link to access it (or any other).

Communication – News forum The News forum usually appears as one of the uppermost blocks (titled Latest news) on the right-hand side your module site homepage (or main page). There is also a link to it in one of the sections in the main column of the module homepage. You should receive an to your Roehampton account whenever an announcement is posted. Click on links to see posts. But, you can’t reply to posts in the News forum Click on links to see posts. But, you can’t reply to posts in the News forum
Communication – Forums If you tutor has created a forum, the link will have an icon like either of these: / Click on it to enter the forum and read any instructions given and join in as shown
