Speed Cash System

Purpose of the Project  online Banking Transaction Information.  keeping in view of the distributed client server computing technology, in mind.  Creating an e-banking Facility for the customer of a particular bank.  This Application provides Online Transaction, Fund Transaction, Account Information, Current Balance in Acc.  Admin of site can easily insert information about new employee, new customer and can provide user name and password to user and employee.

Introduction  The Speed Cash System is used to transfer money from one place to another within a day.  Necessary information for money transfer from source bank to destination bank is sent in the form of file on daily basis.  This file contains the information like remitter details, beneficiary details and DD (Demand Draft) details, etc.

Problem Identification  Time consuming process.  Limited to a single system.  Contacting the administrator every time for some information.  Present system is very less secure.

Providing solution for the problem  User friendliness is provided.  System makes overall project mgmt much easier and flexible.  Vast amount of data can be stored.  No risk of data mismanagement at any level.  High level of security is provided.

Admin Authentication Provide How admin will log into the system

Accountholder  Person who is having his account in the particular bank will login in site.  After successfully login into site he can see account info, personal detail, information about the different type of transaction made by him.  Modify his details and password.

Reports  This module contains all the information about the reports generated by the admin based on the particular Account holder, all request made by Account Holder.

Conclusion  The project has been appreciated by all the users in the organization.  It is easy to use, since it uses the GUI provided in the user dialog.  User friendly screens are provided.  The usage of software increases the efficiency, decreases the effort.  It has been efficiently employed as a Site management mechanism.  It has been thoroughly tested and implemented.

Future Enhancements  As the system is scalable, more modules can be added as and when required  The database that is used in the system can be connected to the patient information system.  It can be browser independent so that the site can be opened in any browser.  The system contents can be modified to accept new attributes for any criterion.
