METHODOLOGY PROPOSALS GLOBAL EXPRESSION TECHNICS FREE WRITING ARTS BRAIN- STORMING RELAXING TECHNICS EXPRESSIO N OF IDEAS APPRE- CIATION OF IDEAS DESCRIPTIO N OF PROBLEMS & SEARCH FOR SOLUTIONS SPONTANEO US EXPRESSION SELF ASSESSMENT

 The methodology proposals are related to an adult’s capacity of being creative and expressive, in a way of trying to recover or unblock natural processes inhibited by fear however it is shown, and make the adult aware of self-observation and observation of the environment, both aiming at personal development as at making it easier for other aldults: the educatior needs to develop his/her own creativity in order to enhance his or her students’ one.
