 Parents support a new model for new schools  New public charter schools  Home Schooling  Vouchers are not the answer  New System  Progress by level not age

 Funding Limitations  Non-tradition answers  Bad PR on Vouchers  Testing is drive some students away

 Public Schools need to diversify  Increase funding  Most States have decreased their funding (Leachman & Mai, 2013)  Decrease testing
