Bubble Chart Plan Brainstorming

Bubble Diagram A simple drawing in which bubbles are used to designate areas for specific purposes: – dining area, seating area, cooking area, play area, gardening area. – Where are the good views, problems areas, slopes, sun areas, wind area, utility lines? – Cardinal Points: North is what direction?

Note areas are sectioned off

Directions Teacher made copies of your original site scaled drawing. Using your notes and your understanding of the purpose of what a therapeutic garden is, section off your space. It may be helpful to have several different versions of the space to get different perspectives.

You must include 1.(10pts) Hardscape: pathway, fencing, patio, “learning center”, maintenance facilities 2.(40pts) All elements of a therapeutic garden must be present. 1.Each element must have a justification, why did you choose this. Remember you are designing for function. 3.(10 pts) Cardinal directions (which way is north?) 4.(10 pts) Neatness and color: each sections hsould have a different color or pattern associated with it. Each should be neatly labeled, little to no eraser marks are present.
