ESO – J.Knudstrup ESO Instrumentation Software Workshop Thank you all for coming! 43 participants! More than expected. A logistics challenge - hopefully everything goes smooth... Cramped quarters - we ask for your understanding. If you need access to the internet from private laptops, use the WLAN available in room L130. When perambulating the room: BEWARE: Cables on the floor!!! -- also take care when standing up/moving around the chairs, please! Workshop Info

Coffee break – cookies, beverages etc. in the hall outside conference room. Lab exercise each morning (~1.5 hour). Lunch Break (1 hour, Max-Planck Canteen?). Course notes also available in electronic form (MS-Word, PDF on Exercise Twiki page). In addition: Laptop with Windows, VLT SW Framework running in VmWare (monitor, keyboard, mouse). Possible to view the presentations on the local laptop (for the ones in the back …). More about the lab exercise later...
