BSR INTERREG III B - in practice? Bigger budget - longer period (ERDF ~ 100 Meuro) No ERDF financing for Non-EU-member states (Norway with national funds, Phare/Tacis for CEEC’s, other instruments?) Activities? Spatial planning and regional development? Small scale investments possible? Participation of private actors? Administration? Programme documents ready by September 2000 First application round will be launched in the first half of 2001?
