Process begins Nominations open to RFs and assigned TCs Nominations verified as RFs in nominated discipline Consortium evaluates nominations Consortium provides awardee recommendations Recommendations reviewed Awardees notified Awardees announced Awards are delivered Overview

Current RF in that discipline and in good standing Completed assigned course monitoring before deadlines Nominated by another RF and/or TCC at an assigned TC Role Model Active beyond conducting course monitoring (see Point Grid) Award Criteria

2/26/16 - Reviewed RF Award process and docs 5/4/16 - Consortium members finalized 5/8/16 – Nominations packages announced/available 5/26/16 – Nominations deadline – EXTENDED to 6/10/16 5/31/16 – Consortium Orientation 6/30/16 – Consortium sends recommendations to Mary 7/13/16 – Final Review 7/15/16 – Order Awards 7/22/16 – Awardees notified 8/1/16 – Begin to distribute awards Timeline

Two Teams one process to spread load work and minimize possible conflict of interest Eastern Consortium evaluates Western Nominees and Western Consortium evaluates Eastern Nominees Award packages forwarded to Consortium Chairs Consortium assigns members with nomination packages Members are encouraged to follow-up with nominators to gather additional info or obtain clarification Each nominee is scored and presented to the team Nominees are rank stacked and submitted by Consortium Chair Each nominee is double checked to ensure criteria is met. Award Process

Participation in scheduled conference calls Estimate 5-10 hours for project Identify and share any possible COI with Consortium Chair Complete assignments by deadlines Follow-up with nominators to gather additional info or obtain clarification as needed Each nominee is scored and presented to the team Expectations of Consortium Members
