Habitats Project 3 rd Grade

Instructions Choose from the following list of Earth’s Habitats: Forest - Taiga or Boreal, Temperate, Rain Mountain Desert - Hot or Cold (Antarctica) Grasslands -Prairie, Pampa, Savannah Tundra -Arctic or Alpine Ocean Fresh Water -Lake, River, Pond, Bog, Marsh, Swamp

Research the habitat and list facts about the following elements: 1. The habitat’s location in the world, also include the latitude and elevation. 2. The climate of the habitat (weather, land, water) 3. At least four different types of plants that live in the habitat. 4. At least four different kinds or species of animals that live in the habitat. 5.Other interesting facts you found in your research.
