HOKLAS th Edition Action plan, resolution of NCs and granting of accreditation - Laboratory provides an action plan within 1 month to resolve all NCs (including NCs against new requirements raised as “Additional Recommendations”) - Resolution of significant NCs and granting of accreditation - No changes, i.e., -Reassessment and surveillance - 3 months -Initial assessment and assessment for extension - 6 months -Accreditation when all significant NCs are resolved - 15 April 2007: resolution of all outstanding significant NCs against new requirements demonstrated - 15 May 2007: suspension of accreditation if conformity with new requirements not confirmed - Minor NCs – no change, commit to resolve by next reassessment
