By changing policies, programs, and conditions that allow hunger and poverty to persist, we provide help and opportunity far beyond the communities in which we live.

Our Work Makes a Difference!

1 in 5 Nearly 16 million children in the United States live in households that struggle to put food on the table.

Our goal: Congress should protect child nutrition programs from cuts and harmful policy changes and improve children’s access to these programs while not cutting other safety-net programs.

Reauthorization of child nutrition programs includes School lunched School breakfasts Summer Food Service Program Child and Adult Care Food Program WIC (Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children)
