11 TLC – Looking Ahead - Future Define what TLC will needs to provide in relation to: Culture Recruiting Onboarding Communication HA Services Create an organizational structure (wish list): Roles Departments within the department

12 Gallup Q12 Survey (formerly OSM) Gallup Q12 is a measurement tool, measuring people managers’ (aka managers’) skill in creating a strong learning, supportive, and team environment and culture. It is a people manager support and learning tool For the now 11 Colorado people managers; it is an assessment of their skill May ‘14 results are from Dec. ‘13–May ’14, does not include current managers Data is anonymous and never give to a people manager with less than five direct employees

13 Gallup Q12 Survey (formerly OSM) Colorado only has five cuts (Colorado, Sean direct reports, TLD / ACE / PREP, EA, Ellen Mary direct reports) Current data: ~4.0 / 5.0; decrease since Nov. ‘14 Three focus items: 1.Clarify the tool itself to our team / managers (manager boot camp) 2.Build team inclusivity across lines of difference (TLC / Redhouse) 3.Build manager skill in supporting employee development Further details on results AND the tool; Brown Bag with Renata and Johnna

14 Lots of interesting information; nothing apparently surprising Current SynthesisDiversity Questionnaire Getting the final quantitative and qualitative analysis in Sep. / Oct. RLT to continue to finalize “Culture” plan with analysis (Sep. / Oct.) TLC to share and help deliver trainings with Redhouse (Oct.  ) via huddles, retreats, etc. Next Steps Redhouse Update As a reminder, TFA Colorado is committed to building the type of team and leaders we believe necessary for the vision and strategy we have, particularly working across lines of difference. To better do this, we have sought Redhouse, Inc. to do a diagnostic on our inclusivity, build a development plan, and execute on that for the next two to three years with us. Here is their latest update from their diagnostic (incomplete analysis, but an update for us all): Highest: “I believe I will personally benefit from the organization’s efforts to improve diversity and inclusion” Lowest: “Generally, people in the organization recognize and resolve conflicts effectively and productively”
