Suffolk Wellbeing Service (SWS) Designed to enable people to experience improved emotional wellbeing and promote early recovery from emotional problems e.g. low mood, stress and anxiety Includes Link Workers and IAPT joined by partner organizations from the 3 rd sector (voluntary and charitable) Seamless integration of wellbeing, mental health, acute hospital, secondary community and primary care ensuring people experience a smooth transition Anyone age 13 plus experiencing emotional health problems and registered with a GP in Suffolk Focus on individuals to address their own wellbeing needs, build their own resilience and support systems Access via professional referral via fax: or self referral via phone: or via website

Future Development: Redesign and Wellbeing In addition to Suffolk Wellbeing Service (and with close links) To meet the needs of people with less complex MH difficulties, settled psychosis & personality disorder Psychologically informed, group interventions, community recovery focus, systemic interventions, access to crisis prevention and acute services Development of accessible Wellbeing Consultant Psychiatrists Professional referral & a robust assessment process will match interventions with needs internally
