Acquisition 7T 4-phase cycled FIESTA ASSET 2.5x 330x94x250 (pfile matrix) acquired 512x512x250 reconstructed

Processing Matlab retrospective application of DISCO on ASSET-reconstructed DICOM images Unfortunately couldn’t work from pfile due to offline.recon version incompatability 4x undersampled B region (across the 4 phase cycles) – Net accel. of 2.7x

Conclusions There is a “loss” of some of the bands in the individual phase images – But the net result in the SOS combination looks more or less like a loss of SNR Usually DISCO is done on a per coil channel basis, this may have an effect on the result – Here it was done just on the reconstructed magnitude image
