Academic Goals Reading Goal: My reading goal in 3 rd grade is writing about the book. I need help writing in my reading log, writing about the book, and writing better. Math Goal: My math goal in 3 rd grade is to get better at multiplication. I will do good at my math homework, ask my parents to give math problems, and do math computer games.

Personal Goals 7 Habits Goal: My 7 Habits goal in 3 rd grade is being proactive because I want to get better at listening to the teacher. I will also take care of myself.
