Towards Learning Affective Body Gesture Andrea Kleinsmith Nadia Bianchi-Berthouze Database Systems Lab University of Aizu Aizu-Wakamatsu, Japan August 4th, 2003

Categorization Experiment: Mapping Emotion The output is an emotional label that categorizes the affective posture input. Input to the network is in the form of a body gesture description. In the feedback loop, the number of nodes grows incrementally as new categories are introduced.
