2 Past President’s Report RC Szczecin Pomerania To increase membership and internal relations within the club Closer working with other Rotary Clubs in Szczecin Implementation of successful service projects (projects selection and management) Integration of avenues into project-focussed activities Establishment of a solid club program Objectives for the Presidency Business Plan prepared with 5 main objectives for the year.

3 President’s Report RC Szczecin Pomerania Change of meeting start times 8.00 pm to 7.00 pm in accordance with the majority wishes of Club Members. This has proved to be a successful change The number of guest speakers, from many aspects of the local community, increased over the year. This gave variation to the meetings & improved contacts. Special Argentinian Evening organized by Ariel Laufer. This covered the geography, food, wine and the economical situation in Argentina. Festival of the Sea, Ladoga party Club fees stayed at the same level as in the previous year- 80 PLN per month To increase Club membership and internal relations Meetings & fees

Club Members did not agree with the content and manner of the attack and the Club fellowship was stronger after this sad event. Thank you to everyone for their support. Very moving Christmas dinner at he disabled Children's home at Police, donation was made on behalf of the Club International School co-operation started with the clothing collection for disadvantaged people. Collection box value proven by the M/F Polonia donation Support for our projects from many other local businesses. Company Durable sponsored the food for the children of the streets for one year Other significant events
