Options  Option 1: Retain HRMFFA’s services and provide detailed assignments with specific work products & deliverables to City Council and City Staff.  Option 2:  Pull out of funding HRMFFA

Recommendation Adopt Option 1 –Provide a detailed assignment list to HRMFFA that outlines work products and deliverables that support the City of Hampton’s agenda with respect to its associated Federal Facilities Consultative Support & White Papers –AFCYBER, NASA, Langley AFB, Veterans Administration, etc. –Document the assignments and use the work products as measurements relative to the return on investment Assess HRMFFA’s deliverables and contributions prior to committing FY10 funds
