Change Management Formal process intended to facilitate the implementation of something new - Outsourcing - Technology (eg. new software) - Organizational structure (eg. teams) - Work processes (eg. new systems/tools) - Rewards/pay structures (eg. merit pay)

Lewin’s Three-Step Model 1.Unfreeze - support all driving forces - inhibit any restraining forces 2.Move - implement new policies/processes, etc. 3. Refreeze - stabilize driving/restraining forces - prevent “backsliding”
