Allowance for Coaches & Athletes 1. Allowance given is capped at 3 athletes per coach; 2. Athletes are given based on their best performing events relative to the carding standard; 3. Allowance will be given starting from the following month upon achievement of carding standard till the end of the year or when athlete discontinues training; 4. A review will be conducted at the beginning of the following year; 5. Relay team reserve runner and his/her coach are only entitled to half of the allowance amount.
