Eating Healthy By: Kourtni Aken-Pagdilao

Intrapersonal: Log down all the fruits and vegetables that they eat in a week. Cut out coupons/ sales of fruits and vegetables.

Visual: Tell kids to bring in a picture of their favorite fruit or vegetable. Create a collage of healthy foods using pictures.

Logical-mathematical: Compare/ contrast the size of different apples. Cut an apple into slices to show fractions.

Technology: Analyze Subway boy (Jared) story to see what choices he made to becoming healthy. Research where their favorite fruit/ vegetable came from.

Verbal-linguistic-textual: Crossword puzzle about fruits/ vegetables. Write a book about fruits/ vegetables.

Naturalist: Cut open a fruit and examine the insides of it. Describe the inside of two fruits such as cantaloupe and pineapple.

Interpersonal: Create a poster about fruits/ vegetables in groups. Participate in a play about fruits/ vegetables.

Expert: Nutritionist from Aloha Salads. Worker fro Subway.

Musical: Create a song about fruits/ vegetables. Produce instruments out of fruits/ vegetables.
