Traffic Safety Mission “The mission of the Michigan Department of State's traffic safety program is to promote public awareness of traffic safety issues, increase safety among the state's motorists and pedestrians, and develop and implement traffic safety programs to educate, license, and regulate drivers on behalf of the Secretary of State”
