 As you know when we talk about comparison is essential to talk about adjectives.  Important: Adjectives must match in gender and number to nouns they modify.

El es alto Singular, masculine El es bajo Singular, masculine

 In English we add – er – to signify more or less.  You can also add more or less in front of the adjective.

They are more bored than he. He is less bored than them.

 There is not “ er” equivalent in Spanish, but rather we use : More or less + adjectives + than  Just use this formula, it is much easier than English!! Mas or menos + adjectivos + que

 To say “ as much as “ or “ as many as “, you use: Examples: Hay tanta azucar como sal en esta cocina. Hay tantas actrices en el ensayo como actores. Tanto ( a ) + noun + comoAs much + noun + as Tantos ( as ) + noun ( plural ) + como As many + noun + as

 TAN = is followed by adjective.  TANTO( A )/ TANTOS ( AS )= is followed by noun.
