Background A survey was given which consisted of sixteen questions, the survey percentage was then collected and compiled into gathered data to formulate a more detail survey. We have made this survey to average sexual education among various participant whom ages vary.  “ This survey is private and confidential none of these responses will be used against the submitter ”
