Import columnar ASCII file > Select your files Enter Well ID & KB elev, select units

Load segy

File > load segy traces

LC > Select Seismic TR

Save As > id well file

Load pre-stack gathers

Open a gathers file and create an index file Time or depth > other params determined by pgm

Offset distance or incidence angle usually in byte 37

RC > Gathers 1 > select

Then save as

Skipped the Load Seisworks segment but looks like you can import segy with horizon Export to LAS, OPenWorks, ASCII
