ASTHMA IN CHILDREN CAUSE AND CURE

INTRODUCTION Asthma is one of the most common diseases around the world. Technically, it is a chronic condition wherein the airways that carry air to the lungs are inflamed and narrowed. This leads to very less space for air to pass which in turn may keep one gasping for air to catch a breath for a long duration. It is surprising to see a huge rise of asthma in children in the recent past.asthma in children This is not a good sign of a healthy society where even small children are suffering from such chronic diseases.

Know the most common causes of asthma The actual underlying cause of asthma is still not known in the medical science but it is surely because of a combination of both genetic and environmental factors.cause of asthma One of the basic causes of asthma is that the people suffering from this disease may be having some other genetic risk factors which make them more susceptible to the disease.

Certain kinds of environmental factors can also be the cause for asthma which further leads to worsening of the current condition of the patient. Some of the other common triggers of asthma include dust mites, air pollution, pollen, mold, respiratory infections and much more.

How to cure asthma and its remedies As for now, there is no concrete cure for asthma. You may find various sources telling different cures but the harsh fact is that there is no complete cure for asthma. If you are troubled about how to cure asthma so that it affects the body in the least possible way, you must consult an expert in this field.how to cure asthma A doctor who specializes in the cure of breathing problems may guide you in a proper way.

Since you can't cure it, you must do the best to manage it and keep it under control so that it doesn’t harm you much. The best way to manage asthma is to know all your triggers and be completely aware of it. Once you know your triggers, you must do anything to avoid them. It is the only good way to manage it. You can also take up asthma therapy to help you further provide relief from asthma.
