 Founded in April  From the humble beginning with just 18 frontline colleagues, we now boast nearly Eagles in the UK alone.  The Digital Eagles are now present in over 20 countries worldwide including USA, South Africa, India and Singapore.  We have developed a number of successful community projects ranging from Tea and Teach, to Code Playground, ensuring nobody is left behind in the digital revolution. Digital Eagles offer digital knowledge, solutions, alternatives and support to colleagues, customers and community groups.

1051 Sessions held in 2015  Coding added to the national curriculum and 1 million additional coding jobs will be needed by  Digital Eagle network and free wifi in all branches created a perfect environment to host coding sessions for 7-17 year olds.  Highlights include teaching the Prime Minister to code at 10 Downing Street, Special Children’s Code playground at London Zoo and holding 325 code playgrounds for hour of code (by far the biggest partner).  BBC Micro:bit coming to Code Playground in 2016, with Barclays as a key partner for the project.

5183Tea & Teach sessions have been run since it’s birth in 2014, and rising daily!  Since 2014 we have hosted over 5100 Digital Learning sessions.  Tea and Teach sessions have been run in a variety of locations ranging from the branches themselves, to care homes, to West Ham United Football Club.  Age is no boundary for our Tea and Teach sessions, with the eldest learner being 103 years young.  Tea and Teach has many forms, from big organised groups to 1 on 1 drop in sessions. Partnership s  Marie Curie have 2000 nurses who are about to receive a smart phone. Digital Eagles will be up-skilling the nurses so they can make full use of all its functions.  Digital Eagles are working with the NHS to help support their patients to book/amend or cancel appointments with their local GP online.  The DWP have created their own version of Digital Eagles. They approached us to ask for our help, and support them with their journey.

 Originally designed initially to support staff with their digital learning journey.  City and Guilds offered an accreditation to staff through the app.  Due to successes, launched to general public.  Now available in multiple countries with various specialist content writers such as Microsoft, IBM and many more. 51,404 Members Of Staff Registered For The DDL 1684 Companies Registered To Use the DDL 31,125 People Registered Externally
