Local Boot Camps Armine Serobyan Georgia 2016

 We have organized local boot camps 4 times so far. Each time after the MP International Boot Camp. All 4 boot camps had different topics.  Regional leaders’ involvement training  Training the team for event organizing and management, event planning on the eve of International Day of Peace  2015 /1 – Empowering the team, the role of media, leadership  2015/2 – Volunteer management, inspiring the New Nelsons.

 To empower our team  To make our team be part of the movement  To inspire more people be involved in peace building  To mobilize new Nelsons  To create a platform for the partners, media, talents  To create very warm moment of sharing

 Set your goal answering Why?  Set your target group answering For Whom?  Set the content answering What?  Set the time answering When?  Set the place answering Where?  Design your budget very clearly. Set the priorities in your budget.  Think about your guest speakers and trainers and media involvement.
