O UR V ISION S TATEMENT : Through the Power of Christ, bring an end to homelessness in West Michigan, one life at a time.

5 E NTRY POINTS INTO THE MISSION Day Center* : day-shelter, basic services, advocacy, and resource hub for the community FUTURE: Recuperation Center & Dispensary Public Inebriate Clinic* Clinics: Legal, Dental, Vision, Chiropractic* S.A.V.E. Program; for those who are Jobless. Includes: Singles, Single parents with Children of any age, Intact Families Transitional Housing Program: Homeless with FT Employment, in school FT, retirees, severe mental illness or physical disabilities *It is our desire that these entry points would lead into one of the two programs.

Emergency Shelter, for a limited amount of time 4. Day Center 5. Clinics 6. P.I. ** If you are able-bodied, and choose not to enter our program or work, then you will no longer be allowed to use MTM shelter overnight services
