PEARL HARBOR By: Doug Syer and Luke settle

BASIC INFO  This was a surprise attack by Japan on a US harbor.  It happened on December 7 th  This was part of an on going dispute between the countries.  This dispute lasted from

CAUSES  This was a result of small attacks done by the US in japan and other colonies.  The two countries never got along but never broke out into war until this time as the two were fighting mostly in Japan.

IMPORTANT PLAYERS  The three countries involved were the USA, Japan and China wo was supporting Japan throughout the war.  The leaders were Hideki Tojo (Japan) and Harry Truman (USA)

IMPORTANT DATES  The only important date is the day that the attack took place December 7 th 1941
