Dress a Girl Around the World By: Carly Carper

What I did to create my project. Found all the materials. Began practicing my sewing skills. Finally began to sew the actual dresses. Sewed as many dresses as I could.

How It Worked First, cut the edge of the pillowcase approximately 2 inches from the edge. Next, sew a gathering stitch on the raw edge. Pin the gathered skirt to the bottom of the t- shirt. Sew around the top of the seam.

How this “stretched” me I had no sewing skills Made me put myself in other people’s shoes Made me realize how hard some actually have it
