Uploading your Senior Project

Save your completed movie in a safe place like your H Drive or your flash drive. Then go to YouTube

Click on “Sign In”

Since Google bought YouTube, you can sign in with a Gmail account, or if you want to use a different , you can create an account with that .

Now that you are logged in, you need to click on “Upload”

Even though they make you select a username,your video will be private – No one will be able to search for it.

This is the important part!! Click on the dropdown box to make your video unlisted. Then, click the “Select files to upload” arrow.

Find your video on the computer or your flash drive and click “Open.”

Now get ready to wait- depending on how long your video is. Use this time to name and describe your video.

Having this link is the only way someone will be able to see your video. Share it with your English teacher. On most school computers, that link will be under the video (over here).

Now that the video has been processed, you can click on the link to watch the video. Congratulations on having your own YouTube channel, and graduating from high school!
