What is Marijuana? A dry shredded mix of flowers, seeds, and leaves of the Cannabis Sativa plant. Most commonly abused illegal drug which affects memory, judgment, and perception.

THC Main psychoactive ingredient in marijuana. The amount of THC in marijuana determines how strong the effects will be. Absorbed in the tissues and organs and can be detected by urine, and blood for up to 60 days after you have used marijuana. Nerve cells in the brain contain receptors that bind to THC and stimulate the release of dopamine.

How is marijuana administered? Smoked/Inhaled: –as a cigarette: Joint –Cigars that have been emptied: Blunt –in a water pipe: Bong Orally –Mixed with food –Brewed as tea
