1. Registration Registration must be done. Even if you are provided with full scholarship. Log in to portal site (  Print out the tuition fee bill  Go to the Finance Team. Registration Period: February 22 nd ~ 26 th 16:00 Additional Registration Period: March 11 th ~ 12 th

2. Course Registration Course Registration Period  February 8 th ~ 12 th Additional Course Registration Period (Add & Drop Period)  March 8 th ~ 10 th Go to INS site ( and sign up for the course. Drop Period (only dropping courses)  May 3 rd ~ 6 th

3. Korean Language Course Must take Korean Language course Test ResultClass Less than 40% 40% ~ 79% 80% or more Test Result Notification : March 5 th on Graduate School Homepage's Bulletin Board. Type of Grading : Pass / Fail Beginner Intermediate Exempted

4. Required Credits for Graduation 1) Master’s Course : 24 credits 2) Doctoral Course : 36 credits ※ Excluding credits of designated courses 3) 1 class = 3 credits 4) Max. 9 credits for one semester. * Exception : Students who have been assigned designated subjects are allowed to register max. 12 credits including undergraduate subjects. 5) No credit is given for Korean Language Classes.

 Requirements for submitting thesis Must pass comprehensive exams (3 exams) Must pass Korean Language Course Must Submit research plan (3 rd semester) Must make the presentation about the contents of your thesis. (Please, check the regulations of your department) 5. Submitting the thesis for graduation (Master’s) Comprehensive Exam : twice in a year (March / September)

 Requirements for submitting thesis Must pass comprehensive exams (5 exams) Must pass Korean Language Course Must submit research plan (3 rd Semester) Introduction of thesis must be presented officially. (Please, check the regulations of your department) Must submit the evidence of publication of 2 theses on the domestic journal or 1 thesis on the international journal. (Please, check the rules and regulations of your department) 5. Submitting the thesis for graduation (Doctoral)

6. International Scholarship Jungseok International Scholarship : ⇒ Full or Half tuition fee waive Graduate School can cease International Scholarship or reduce the amount of it according to the result of scholarship evaluation. Every semester, international students will be evaluated. Factors of Scholarship Evaluation ① Accomplishment of study plan ② GPA (Under 3.0 ⇒ Lose Jungseok International Scholarship) ③ Language ability (Korean / English) ④ Dissertation accomplishment and research participation ◈

7. Leave of Absence  「외국인학생에 관한 규정」 제 11 조 ( 학적변동 ) ① 외국인학생이 수학하는 동안 에는 휴학을 불허함을 원칙으로 한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 1 에 해당하는 경우 1 회 2 개 학기, 통산 4 개 학 기에 한하여 휴학을 허가할 수 있다. 1. 질병 및 부상으로 인하여 4 주 이상의 입원 치료를 요하는 경우 종합병원 발행 진단서 제출시 2. 기타 총장이 인정하는 사유 발생시 ② 휴학을 하고자 하는 자는 수업일수 4 분의 1 기간 내에 증빙서류를 포함한 휴학원을 제출하여 총장의 승인을 받아야 한다.

8. Notice 1) Students who achieved degree of bachelor or master in this winter ⇒ Submit your original certificate of degree & graduation & transcript until March 5 th to Graduate School Office.  If you don’t submit them, your admission will be canceled.
