WWII Propaganda Posters Words, posters, and films waged a constant battle for the hearts and minds of the American citizens much like military weapons engaged the enemy. Propaganda persuaded the American public to become a wartime industry.

WWII Propaganda Posters The government launched an aggressive propaganda campaign to raise public support. Some of the nation's brightest and best artists and filmmakers became “warriors.”
