What are my short term goals? My short term goals include implementation of my work, experience and the knowledge, which I have gained here, in my college. This will help me, as I believe, in partaking the growth of the company I will be involved with, in my concerned filed of work. Here, I have had a lot of learning, majority through textbook and some practical knowledge. I would like to implement it in the practical scenarios and applications which I couldn’t have access to as a student. I want to find a position where I can contribute what I’ve learned through education and to gain real life experience. I believe the next couple of years will be very important to me and my immediate goal is to learn and become skilled in whatever field I am assigned to.

What are my long term goals? I have learned over the years, through experiences and advise, to divide my long term goals into several short term goals. But for a long term, say 10 years from now, I see myself as a good, experienced and highly qualified engineer. In this way I will be able to present a shape and direction to various ideas I have floating in my mind. I see myself working as a leading head of various scientific and cutting edge technologies which your company undertakes. Like the ZigBee, your company invented a few years back, I would like to be working and associated with such an enormous project and leading other enthusiasts like me, who share my fervor in developing and shaping new technologies in the electronics field. That way I would be able to inspire and fuel other’s capabilities to tap the untapped potential of electronics and make our and our society’s life more comfortable.
