PHOTO WORKFLOW Saving, sorting, & renaming.

Copy images from your memory card to a new folder on the computer.

Open Bridge and navigate to the folder you just made.

To review the photos, click Ctrl+A then Ctrl+B.

Flip through your photos using the arrow keys. Click → for good shots, ↓ for bad shots. Additionally, pressing the number 5 will add stars.

When you’ve finished, click ESC. Notice that the ones you liked are highlighted, the others are not.

Thanks to the stars, you can now easily sort your favorite images.

Next, rename your images. Ctrl + A > Ctrl + Shift + R

Text Line 1 = The event Text Line 2 = The date Text Line 3 = Your name

Add Metadata. With all images selected, expand the IPTC Core & edit the creator line.

Select just one image to add specific captions.
